Reconciliation Sentinel
Terms of service
Effective October 14, 2026.
These terms cover use of Reconciliation Sentinel. The end user license is part of these terms. The privacy policy explains what the app stores.
The service
Reconciliation Sentinel reviews a QuickBooks Online company that you administer. You connect that company, review the findings, and apply a change only when you confirm it. A confirmed change can add a fee line to a deposit or change the expense account on a purchase or bill. Other findings can be marked resolved in this app without a QuickBooks change.
Your review
You are responsible for checking each change before you save it. A suggestion is a starting point. The books remain yours, and QuickBooks remains the system of record.
Connection
You can disconnect inside the app. Disconnect revokes the QuickBooks token for that company and deletes the stored connection. Intuit can also disconnect the app from QuickBooks.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profits, incorrect books, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
